NOTICE OF CONSTABLE'S SALE THE STATE OF TEXAS, COUNTY OF McLENNAN NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That by virtue of a certain Order of Sale issued out of the 414th District Court of McLennan County, 15th day of July, 2021, by Jon Gimble, District Clerk of said Court. Whereas in the suit set forth below, Plaintiffs, the City of Waco, Texas, and Waco Independent School District, and Intervenors, The County of McLennan, Texas, on behalf of itself and all other entities it collect for, FGMS Holdings, LLC, recovered a judgment of foreclosure on delinquent taxes, penalties, interest, costs and expenses of suit and sale, in those amounts and on the date as shown and fully set forth in such judgement, under an Order of Sale, in favor of The City of Waco, Texas, et al in a certain cause in said Court, No. 2019-2539-5 and styled The City of Waco, Texas vs. Chaney Hall, ET AL, placed in my hands for service, I John W. Johnson as Constable of Precinct 2, McLennan County, Texas, did, on the 19th day of July 2021, levy upon certain Real Estate, situated in McLennan County, Texas, described as follows, to wit: Lot 4, Block 1, Turner-Clinton Turner Addition to the City of Waco, McLennan County, Texas; More commonly known as 512 Hood Street, Waco Texas 76704 and levied upon as the property of Chaney Hall and Wilford Earl Hall and that on the first Tuesday in October 2021, the same being the 5th day of said month, at the Court House door, of McLennan County, in the City of Waco Texas, between the hours of 10 a. m. and 4 p. m., by virtue of said levy and said Order of Sale, I will offer for sale and sell at public venue, for cash, to the highest bidder, all the right, title, and interest of the said 512 Hood Street, Waco, Texas in and to said property. And in compliance with law, I give this notice by publication, in the English language, once a week for three consecutive weeks immediately preceding said day of sale, in the Waco Farm & Labor Journal, a newspaper published in McLennan County.
