NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING On Tuesday, October 26, 2021, the Plan Commission will conduct a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. in the Waco Convention Center, Bosque Theatre, 100 Washington Avenue, Waco, Texas 76701. The public will be allowed to attend this meeting in-person. On Tuesday, November 16, 2021, the City Council will conduct a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. in the Waco Convention Center, Bosque Theatre, 100 Washington Avenue, Waco, Texas 76701. The public will be allowed to attend this meeting in-person. The meetings can also be viewed live at https://wccc.tv/meetings/. To all parties interested and to all parties concerned, said hearing to be as follows: A Public Hearing will be held to receive comments concerning the following subdivision plat requests: 1. Final Plat and construction plans of the Chapel Ridge II Addition, Phase II 2. Final Plat and construction plans of the Chapel Ridge Addition, Phase XXII 3. Final Plat and construction plans of the Sunwest Village Addition, Phase 12 4. Preliminary Plat of the Cotton Belt Crossing Addition 5. Final Plat and construction plans of the Precision International Addition, Lots 11-12, Block 1 6. Final Plat and OSSF variance request of the Bauman Addition, Lot 1, Block 1 7. Final Plat and revised construction plans of the Saddle Creek Addition II, Phase III One request for renewal of a special permit for a Transitional Shelter II in an O-2 District on property described as Lots 1 & A2, Block G, Hillcrest Addition and Lots B2, B4, C4, & C5, Block G, Lucille C. Lacy Tract, known as 3008 Lyle Avenue and Lots 1, A2, A4, & A5, Block G, Lucille C. Lacy Tract, known as 3015 Herring Avenue. One request for a special permit for restaurant or retail services, providing goods or services directly to customers in motor vehicles outside of an enclosed structure adjacent to a lot used for residential purposes in a C-2 District on property described as Lots 3-6, 7C & B7, Block 7, Baylor Addition, known as 1705, 1707, 1717, and 1719 S. 18th Street, and Lots 13 & 14, Block 7, Baylor Addition, known as 1720 S. 19th Street. One request to change the land use designation from Open Space to Industrial and to rezone from R-1B Single Family Residence District to M-2 Light Industrial District on property described as 42.0608 acres out of BBB & C RY CO, and 0.168 acres out of WALKER J (A-575), known as 7900 Concord Road (Property ID: 374680). One request for abandonment of a 1.701 acre, or 74,076 square foot, tract of land (Right of Way along N. 42nd Street) being situated in the Andrew Robb Survey, Abstract No. 761, in McLennan County, Texas, being a portion of that N. 42nd Street, (A 60' Right-of-Way), recorded in Volume 835, Page 467 of the Deed Records of McLennan County, Texas, located between Trice Avenue and Colcord Avenue. One request for an abandonment amendment for a 3.905 Acre Dutton Avenue and South 4th Street Right-Of-Way Abandonment Tract located in the Thomas J. Chambers Grant, Abstract 7, in the City Of Waco, McLennan County, Texas, and being all of a called 0.5203 acre tract, and a portion of a called 5.859 acre tract described as Tract 5 in a deed to the City Of Waco, Texas recorded in McLennan County Clerk's Document (M.C.C.D.) 2017020899 of the Official Public Records of McLennan County, Texas (O.P.R.M.C.T.), located between South 4th Street and University Parks Drive.
