As the Bears close in on the end of the season, Trib writers Brice Cherry, John Werner and Jason Orts break down the state of Big 12 football:
• Baylor improved to 9-1 with a soggy victory over OSU. With two games left to earn another Big 12 title, what parts of their game do the Bears need to clean up?
• Bryce Petty admitted that his late TD run brought some redemption after the loss to the Cowboys last year. Clearly some games mean more than others. Will any game top the win over the Sooners?
• The Bears have Texas Tech this week. This is a "bowl game" for the Red Raiders because it's their last game of the year. Does this make them more dangerous, or will it be another blowout?
• Thanksgiving Day brings a side dish of TCU vs. Texas. The Longhorns look improved, but do they have what it takes to beat the Frogs?
