Gov tells Bette Midler to kiss dog's heinie, shows it
West Virginia Gov. Jim Justice has not forgotten the comments Bette Midler made about his state. He responded during his televised State of the State address Thursday. He held up his English bulldog and flashed its rear end to the cameras, saying "Babydog tells Bette Midler and all those out there: Kiss her heinie."

In a message to Bette Midler, who criticized West Virginians in a tweet, Gov. Jim Justice lifted his dog's rear end to cameras and said "Kiss her heinie."
