Bruceville-Eddy crowns homecoming queen

Sutton Amthor, the daughter of Carey and Susan Amthor, was crowned as the Bruceville-Eddy High School homecoming queen at the Eagles’ football game against Axtell on Friday. Sutton, a senior, is active in the Soaring Eagle Marching Band, track, UIL academic competitions, Beta Club and UIL One-Act Play and is editor of the 2016-17 yearbook. Sutton aspires to be a science-fiction writer and will attend college next fall with a dual major in science and English.
