Former Baylor basketball player Mark Vital has signed with the Kansas City Chiefs practice squad.

The Seattle Seahawks had signed Vital to their practice squad in early September, but he only lasted four days with the team before he was released.

The 6-5, 250-pound Vital is attempting to make the NFL as a tight end. He helped the Bears win the NCAA championship in April as a key defensive player and rebounder.
