3) An ordinance of the City of Robinson, Texas amending Appendix “A” Zoning, Article 5 Permitted Uses, Section 5.1 Use of Buildings and Land, Section 5.2 Classification of New and Unlisted Uses, adding as Section 5.3 Permitted, Limited, Specific, and Prohibited Uses and changing Section 5.3 Supplemental Standards for Land Uses to Section 5.4 as indicated in Exhibit “A” and providing for an effective date; providing a savings clause; and finding and determining that the meeting at which this ordinance is passed is open to the public as required by law.
